Oracle-L: error when acessing table

Hi friends …….

I am getting the error ora-24238 when accessing the table table_privileges .
How can I solve this .?? Oracle version is 8.1.7.4.1 in win2k.

Dc1_at_ACUSIS.ACUSIS.ACUSIS.COM> SELECT * FROM TABLE_PRIVILEGES; ERROR:
ORA-24328: illegal attribute value
