Well, you don't give us much to go on and I fully agree with the other comment about buying and using a good tuning book.
However, there is one experiment you might try the next time your instance gets slow. Try flushing the shared pool (alter system flush shared_pool). If that works, you can do it once every two or three days to give you a chance to buy and read the tuning book and find out why it works and how to fix the underlying problem. If it doesn't work, don't do it any more -- keep rebooting every few days until you have read the book then diagnosed and fixed the underlying problem.

I am having some problem regarding performance.The performance problem get
solved after reboot.Whenever the db unix server keep running more than 72
hrs the performance looks like slow.one of cause I found some memory
leakage.But the box are having 2 instances and for another instance
performance is looking good.If I see all database ratios are looking
great.What could be reason?
