Recomment you relink all Oracle software so Solaris 2.8 libraries are linked in. Make sure LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set correctly. All Oracle processes must be stopped for this (databases, listeners, intelligent agent). Same apply for application executables.
I hope you tested this on a test environment before you upgraded production...
