Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> RE: 8.1.7.3 - Good or Bad ~~ Upgrade 8.0.5 to 8.1.7.3
I'd like to know how it goes after a month! ;)
The server I'm concerned with is also HP/UX 11.0 running 32-bit Oracle (64-bit on the OS). After a few patches on 8.1.7.2.0 our problems are sporadic, but every ORA-600 tracks right back to CS=F. Funny enough, *I'M* the cause of most of them! It seems that whatever SQL that's run in Quest's Spotlight on Oracle trips the bug more than anything else we have.
GL! :)
