Oracle-L: How to determine number of freelists

Hi, all. Now that I know that I must increase freelists for my tables with heavy insert activity, does anyone have a method for determining just how many freelists the tables should have? So far, I haven't found anything in either TFM or the Net other than "increase the number of freelists".
