Looks like it. If the admin can figure out who is sending them and knock
them off the list it should fix it.

WINMAIL.DAT is a proprietary Outlook file that allows Outlook users to send
Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format (TNEF) information (see Microsoft's
technical support article at
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q241/5/38.ASP). This TNEF
information is unopenable and irrellevant outside of Outlook.

Don't open it! I have no idea what it is and had no idea that my computer was doing this until someone emailed me and asked what it was before they opened it.
