One of the oldest bugs in Oracle Docs :) Finally got fixed in 8.1.7 Docs.

#3 One has to have 'delete any table' privilege to truncate someone else's tables.

#2 Oracle does not write to the data file when the tablespace is in backup mode.

And...

#1 High Cache Hit Ratios (in the upper 90s) are always good.
