ORA-01461 AND ORA-02449

Hi
When I was trying to copy some of tables from one server to another thru COPY command the folloiwng error i see
FOr some tables :
ERROR:
ORA-02449: unique/primary keys in table referenced by foreign keys

for some tables:

ERROR:
ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only for insert into a LONG column Let me know how to come out from this problem. I know droping constraints solve the problem for error 1 but I don't want to do that.Let me know other idea from group. FOr error ORA-01461 I can solve by droping LONG columns but i am looking group Idea if any one has any suggestion Thx
