Just for information, I see other people's TARs all the time from MetaLink. It seems to always be from the same group of people though it appears to be a big group of people.

I think they have the same CSI I do, except that their country code is different.

I see the TAR headers but not their support calls' content.

I notified Oracle a couple of months ago re. this, they investigated it and confirmed what I suspected, but there's not much they can do.
