alter table enable table lock hangs..

list,
i was playing around with the disable table lock command and disabled the locks on a temp table.. but i'm not able to ENABLE the table lock again !!! the command just hangs... queried from v$session_wait.. .the command is waiting for "library cache handle" eternally..!!!

is there any way i can drop this table ??? (it would require enabling the table locks)

seems like a bug to me... i'm on rs/6000 with 8.1.5.0.0
