how to startup nomount in 9i???

Hi all,

I try to create a duplicate database using RMAN. All the db (target, catalog, auxiliary db are 9i on win2000). I copied over target db's ini file for auxi db, and made some necessary change. According to the RMAN doc, I need to startup nomount the auxi db.

Here is what I did:
C:\>set ORACLE_SID=MU_DUP

C:\>sqlplus /nolog

SQL> which command to issue here??? None of the following works: connect sys/change_on_install, connect internal, so how can I get connected and then issue startup nomount?
