Oh, and does this one know buzzwords.

At a recent staff meeting, he decided it was time to test my knowledge about the technical merits that supported several buzzwords he tossed out. I stepped way out of character, and in front of the other 18 people I apologized to him that I was not a walking dictionary of technical trivia but that I would be happy to add the "research" to my task list. He moved on to other issues.

I later learned that he has an MO of trying to "hang" an employee in front of peers over academic issues like this. A rather interesting display of control.
