Install 8.1.7 SE over EE

Hi Friends

I have a instance 8.1.7 EE and i need to install de 8.1.7 Standard Edititon.

How can i do it ?

It is my production environment, so , I can't stop for long time ... It need to be fast ...

I need to keep the name of the database, because there are a lot of scripts using the name.
