help needed

Hi folks !
  I have some constants value i want to show then in tabular format with two cloumns and n rows   is it possible to get them through in that way by manipulating SQL statements i dont want to define user defined data type  i want the sql to be written in way that it ud give me result like :    col1 col2
'ptMASTER' 'Master',
'ptMKT' 'Market',
'ptOFFICE' 'Office',
'ptPDCR' 'Producer',
'ptQUOTE' 'Quote',
'ptREGL' 'Regulator',
'ptROLE' 'Role',

these are constant values and not stored in database at all .I ud appreciate any help from u gurus.
