Check to see if the intelligent agent is running for that machine/instance. If not start it and then remove the node from OEM and do a rediscovery for that machine.
That should work.
Thanks

Subject: Oracle 9i and OEM
Hi,
I have a problem with Enterprise Manager.
I am trying to refresh a node in order to get information of all instances on that machine. I am able to see two of three instances. Why I cannot see all of them. Setting up the preferences are ok, I have tested all user-id's and passwords.
TIA, Sepi
