Just a guess - are all three instances listed in your /etc/oratab file? I'm pretty sure OEM looks at that to determine what instances the Agent should monitor. I could be wrong on this though - it's been a while since I've looked at OEM.

Hi,
I have a problem with Enterprise Manager.
I am trying to refresh a node in order to get information of all instances on that machine. I am able to see two of three instances. Why I cannot see all of them. Setting up the preferences are ok, I have tested all user-id's and passwords.
