Your backup strategy all depends on your business requirements for uptime. Consult your Manager and let him/her give you the guidelines.

I can give you my backup strategy, just write me an e-mail at satarnag_at_hotmail.com. It has our business requirements and the Backup that I have put in place to meet those business requirements.
