Oracle database physical design considerations

Hi Gurus,

I am a novice as far as Oracle is concerned, though I am a knowledgeable Sybase DBA with 10 years experience in it. I am trying to set up a Oracle server with 50GB database, 50 concurrent OLTP users. This is purely a development environment. I need to set this up and running in another 2 months time. I have a fairly good idea about the Oracle processes and physical structures. But I am not very much confident about setting the right size for the file and table extents, and also size and # of rollback segments in a big environment. Can you please point me to a right source where I can get the information on Oracle database design considerations?

    Environment details :

          Sun solaris 5.6
          Oracle 8.1.7

     Thanks for your help.

Vasu
