Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> question about nologging
Hi,
I'm running the following command:
insert into owner1.table1 nologging (select * from owner2.table2);
There is no indices or constraints on table owner1.table1, yet oracle is generating redo logs for this transaction. Does anyone know why?
thanks
