I'm not an expert on NT, but experience and RTFM show that your AT jobs better be on the C: drive if you always expect them to work.
I learned this just last week. AT job does not work when run from F: drive ( not a network drive, but attached as part of a cluster ). Move it to the C: drive and all is fine.
NT security is kinda strange.
