Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> I need to rename shares.
I am looking for a utility or hack that can be used to rename an existing share in a Windows NT 4.0 environment.
We currently run with our users home directory shared and mapped. I want to change the shares to be HIDDEN shares, which requires renaming them. I could create a second share and delete the original one, but I don't want to have to hassle with the permissions on all of the shares.
