Personally, for tuning, I would suggest "Oracle Performance Tuning Tips and Techniques" by Richard Niemac, et. al. In the DBA arena, I've never really found a good book that I could wholeheartedly recommend (sorry, Rachael, I've not gotten around to reading your book yet).
