Users are complaining of getting the following messages Oracle PL/SQL Error Code : -1089 Error Description : Error in sleep - ORA-01089: immediate shutdown in progress - no operations are permitted
..even when there is no shutdown in progress...nothing in the alert log?
Then the messages go away
Whats going on?
Oracle 8.1.6.2 on Solaris?
