On NT/Win2K all of the Oracle processes are implemented as threads within a single OS process. You'll need something like QSLICE (part of the NT resource kit, not sure about Win2K) to view the individual threads.
Not knowing the info that you're seeking, is V$BGPROCESS of any help?
