EXPORT PROBLEM on 8.1.7

Hi there

I am doing a USER LEVEL export as a user with EXP_FULL_DATABASE role from oracle 8.1.6 HOST using a remote machine (which have 8.1.7) through command line (EXP command). i am getting following error

EXP-00008 : Oracle error 904 encountered ORA-00904 : invalid column name
....
....

EXP-00008 : Oracle error 1003 encountered ORA-01003 : no statement parsed
...

AND at the end of the export

EXP-00008: ORACLE error 6550 encountered
ORA-06550: line1, column 29
PLS-00302: component 'IS_TRIGGER_FIRE_ONCE_INTERNAL' must be declared
ORA-06550: line1, column 8
PL/SQL   : Statement Ignored
EXP-00056: ORACLE error 1403 encountered

ORA-1403 : no data found
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully

I tried it with the user SYS but same error comes,

The difference is b/w the versions of oracle , one is 8.1.6 (SOURCE) and other is 8.1.7 (client)

Where do I go from here?
