how to compile the object type in oracle 8i

Hi gurus
I found that one of objects has status INVALID. The following are the output.
OWNER OBJECT_NAME OBJECT_TYP STATUS
------ -------------------- ---------- -------
SYS PQ$_DEQUEUE_HISTORY_T TYPE INVALID How to correct this object.
Please advice me.
