I am just catching the end of this, but don't you have to log in as sys, and
then fire off a couple of scripts that create all of the necessary grants
for the new user?

  While creating the repository , creating the user is the first step( the
schema where the repository tables will be created in) . And user is created
. I queried the dba_users, Every time creates the user but  after it there
comes the creating the repository  and IT CAN NOT DO THAT. gives error in.
MASCRE.sql is giving error according to details of error.


    YES I log in as system user.


  Before creating a repository , do I have to do something else.... I called
oracle for support but they may be late..

    Dear Mr. Bunyamin,



        Did you log in as system user and execute this command?  If so and
then also you are getting the error find out whether you have this user in
the database by running the following query:



    Select username from dba_users;
