Site Licenses are interesting.
The last one i reviewed had the software itself at about a 75% discount. And the support priced against the "retail" value of the software.
Yea, "free software". Gotta love it. Especially at 10 million dollars....whooo-weee!

We get Oracle free. Well... the taxpayers of california pay for it anyway (site license for 20+ campuses, somewhere between 50% and 90% discount).
We buy IBM desktops and servers. They asked if we were interested in software. I asked the IBM sales rep if they could beat Oracle's price (free), they said not really.
