We get Oracle free. Well... the taxpayers of california pay for
it anyway (site license for 20+ campuses, somewhere between 50% and
90% discount).
We buy IBM desktops and servers. They asked if we were interested in software. I asked the IBM sales rep if they could beat Oracle's price (free), they said not really.
