Counting Weekdays

Does a function already exist (in PL/SQL or elsewhere) that will count only
business days (week days) between two dates?



For Ex.: 12:00 pm Dec. 5, 2000 minus 12:00 pm Dec. 1, 2000 = 4 days, However
it is only 2 business days since the 2nd and 3rd are Sat. and Sunday.



If I don't find one, I will have to write one. I'd like to avoid that.
