Sun Solaris7 and parameters

Hi,

we have two clustered environment and both have some performance problems:

the other one is Sun Solaris7, Oracle 8.0.5.1.0 and Veritas VxFS is not in use.

What might be the correct /etc/system and init.ora ((disk_asynch_io , db_writer_processes) parameters.

Who has experience on these and who has tested. I would like to hear your comments and your suggestions for the correct parameter settings.
