Yes. You should know at least the basic commands.

Yes, you should be familiar with the date and number formats.

Not necessarily in that fashion, but you should know what thecommand does = and how it is used. You may see questions asking which of the 4 or 5 = commands would you use.

A)order by is not allowed in a subquery.
B) order by must be last in a query.

Same answer as above. You will have various SQL statements and will need = to choose the correct one or tell which line will produce an error.
This test and the Admin one are very syntax intensive.
You should download the sample questions from the Certification portion of = the Oracle site. That will give you a sampling of what the questions are = like. Also download the Candidiate Guide so you can see what topics will = be covered.
As for your later question regarding how much time you have to take all 5 = exams, it does not matter how long you take until they decide to retire = that particular track. I would not expect them to retire the 8 track for = some time (they just retired 7.3 this August), but you must complete all = tests but that time. Received on Mon Nov 20 2000 - 08:29:05 CST
