Recent events have prompted the discussion here of
the availability of our instances and finally of
formalizing this via service level agreements. What
are your experiences with these? What should be
included/excluded? Should the OS, hardware and
application(Oracle) be discussed as a system or
addressed individually? Your thoughts and comments on
this matter would be greatly appreciated.
