ORA-01017 in aler log file

Hi list,
Can anyone suggest me how to track the session causing the following error msg in alert log file:

• 2000-10-10 23:05:37.926 ERROR, tran=31.23.1304, session#=1, ose=0: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied ORA-02063: preceding line from HSDAS5.HSD.UTC.COM
