Oh please, there is more support and chance of getting something fixed in linux world than EVER IN WINDOZE world. Just how do you expect something like NT to run business critical apps when the solution for anything that goes wrong is reboot or reload.
yea this is a sore spot, cuz M$ sucks, the software sucks, the company sucks people's money.
