RE: Is it possible to create Matrix FORMs

Can you give a little more info on what you mean? Maybe a high level description of the tables, some sample data, and a rough diagram of how you expect the data to be presented. I have a couple of ideas of what you might mean; but, I don't want to waste time working up an answer that isn't relevant to what you need.
