Ahh, I see you've discovered an "undocumented" search capability of Metalink. I've observed the same thing myself. Now, when I'm researching a problem, I actually initiate the creation of an an iTAR just to get the list of documents - a little cumbersome but it certainly beats waiting for an analyst for half an hour to take your call.
