Hi All,

I am close to increasing one of our production tablespaces size. Can you share your opinions/experience on this.

Did anybody experience any problems/corruption/crash while executing the "alter database datafile '<file>' resize xxxM;" command

or is it on a live system preferable to add a datafile(not really my favorite on a reasonable small database! 6G total )?

Personally I have not yet experienced any problems doing this (all on test environment far less busy).

TIA Jack
