Hello Sandeep,
Oracle's uses direct (unbuffered) I/O on NT, therefore the cluster size and/or allocation unit size are matters of indifference with respect to choosing a database block size. With respect to setting the log_checkpoint_interval parameter, the block size should be taken as the log block size, which is 512 bytes on NT.
