applying from archive log

Dear DBA,

I would like to know if :

I have 10 rows in table client.
alter system switch logfile, it produced arc1_20.dbf
accidently delete 2 rows from table client

question is can I recover the missing 2 rows by doing : recover database until change 20 ? Please advise. Thanks
