Server Hang with Ora_Reco_070361

Frequently our 734 database on NT4 hang and Ora_Reco_070361 appeared in one
of the Database daemon (RECO?) when  check username on v$session, normally
it is blank. There are few hanging database users too. All attempt to logon
will hang except internal which only can check few system views/tables.



No relevant  info on TRC or alert log found. Any ideas ?
