In response to your question, you can send the command "SET DIG" to
the listserver address for commands which is (LISTSERV_at_CCVM.SUNYSB.EDU).
This command asks the listserver for digests rather than getting messages as
they are posted.
To get a list of listserver commands, you can send the following
command to the listserver address for commands (LISTSERV_at_CCVM.SUNYSB.EDU):
INFO REFCARD
