Each year SCT runs an annual conference for Banner clients. As part of that conference they produce a TCP Client Profile that lists each college and university using Banner and includes people to contact. The profile is made available to all institutions attending the conference. Conferences are held in February each year and the one coming up is, I believe, in Nashville. Paul's sugggestion about contacting SCT is a good one.
