ORACLE Debug Tools

In search of debuggers -

Can anyone recommend a good Oracle debugging tool(s) for Oracle's various toolsets? Pros and Cons of each would be welcomed if you have had experience with multiple products.

Specific interests include:

• identifiny what SQL (or PL/SQL) statement in ORACLE is causing an error.
• when errors occur, being able to identify what trigger, what procedure, what module, etc. is causing the problem.

My apologies if this topic was recently discussed and I missed it while 'my nose was to the grindstone'!
