About the Datafile being dropped but being unable to drop the TBS because the RBS "needs recovery".

Add the following to your init.ora :

_corrupted_rollback_segment = RB_DATA
and Shutdown and Startup your DB.
Then,
(if in V7) : ALTER ROLLBACK SEGMENT RB_DATA OFFLINE IMMEDIATE;
