Oracle-L: Forms 4.5 corruption

Hi all.

     A friend of mine is having a problem with Forms 4.5. Four lines of
     comments where added. The changes were generated and saved. The file
     size increased from 98,304 k to 225,280 k. The file can no longer be
     opened. The error message:

     F45DES caused a stack fault in module F45DES.EXE at 0034:2098.

     Can anyone offer help.
