Dave,

To get the speed: put the runtimes and forms on the PC. That is the only way to get the speed. Or just put the runtimes down on the PC.

No matter how you paint the picture, running/loading the tools from a network
will depend on the TRAFFIC on that network during a LOADING of tools. ( hmm...unless you are running FDDI..etc..I guess)
