Relationship Problem

Hello,
I have a database for employee's time sheet (to record daily in out time). I created employee master/parent table with Fields(Emp_ID, Name, Dept_ID). Due to some company policy I have to assign three different designation to each employee, Designation Budget, Designation Given, Designation Planning. How can I create these three fields to relate Designation master/parent table or to store these three that I can query all designations and can export to MS Excel via Query. I am facing problem after exporting query in Excel if I take more than on designation in query, in Excel query gives respective designation ID(Number) not designation title. Tell me how can I create tables to solve this problem to relate table.
