Oracle Applications Function Exclusions

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is a correct newsgroup for my question, but I'll give it a try anyways.
In Oracle Applications it is not only possible to link functions to a menu/responsility, but also possible to exclude a certain function for a responsibility. Does anyone know how I can retrieve this information from the database (table/field)?
I would like to know this, since I'm trying to buid a report on this issue.
