Calling SQL Script from Browser

Help-

I am fairly new to SQL/PL SQL I need to accomplish the following

Allow a user to change their password

I would like to do it through a browser. I have done the SQL script but I don't want my users to have to do it in SQL Plus. I want to avoid developer 200 for it's complexity. Our Oracle is running on AIX.

Does anyone have any tips or encountered the same situation?

I appreciatte any and all help
